Required skills/Level of Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert, preferably in large-scale IWMS implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA application, including its various modules, functionalities, and configuration options.
- Expertise in defining and documenting IRS’s facilities management processes and translating them into TRIRIGA requirements.
- Strong understanding of IWMS best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to design TRIRIGA solutions that meet IRS’s specific needs.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis between IRS requirements and TRIRIGA capabilities, proposing customizations where necessary.
- Familiarity with TRIRIGA data model and ability to configure custom data structures to support IRS business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and propose solutions during the implementation process.
