Required skills/Level of Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or a similar testing role in large-scale enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in testing methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with testing cloud-based applications and environments.
- Knowledge of integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and their functionalities.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience in defect management and tracking, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to the testing team members.
