Required skills/Level of Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) as a TRIRIGA Developer, working on large-scale IWMS implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA application development and customization.
- Proficiency in TRIRIGA Application Platform, including its modules, workflows, and integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and configuring TRIRIGA forms, views, workflows, and business processes to align with IRS requirements.
- Knowledge of TRIRIGA Data Model and ability to design and implement custom data structures.
- Familiarity with TRIRIGA security model and access control configurations.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues during development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
