Required skills/Level of Experience :
- Advanced TRIRIGA Development: Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and developing IBM Tririga IWMS applications, including workflows, forms, and reports.
- Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS: Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop custom functionalities and user interfaces within the TRIRIGA application.
- Data Migration and Integration: Knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data integration techniques to ensure a smooth transition from the existing IWMS to the cloud-based TRIRIGA application.
- System Integration: Ability to collaborate with technical teams to integrate the TRIRIGA application with existing IRS systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time synchronization.
- Quality Assurance: Experience in conducting comprehensive testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the TRIRIGA application meet IRS standards and requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Proficient in preparing detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, integration specifications, and development guidelines.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and experience in supporting project milestones, tracking progress, and addressing technical challenges during the migration process.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IRS staff.
- Cloud-Based IWMS Best Practices: Awareness of best practices in cloud-based IWMS solutions and ability to recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
